1. Book a Contact call

If you're pretty sure you want to work with our team, but want to chat with us first to make sure we're the right fit - start here. On this quick 15-minute call we will get to know you and answer your questions.

2. Schedule an assessment and strategy session

This is where the magic begins.  In this 60-minute session, your femSTRONG coach will get to know you, your body and your goals in depth and will develop a personalized strategy to fit your goals, budget and schedule.  Your journey is unique to you - your strategy should be as well!

3. implement your femSTRONG strategy 

Your strategy may include: custom home workouts, personal training sessions (virtual or in-person), a pelvic floor PT referral, breathwork, core healing strategies, labor preparation - and more!  Again, your journey is unique and your strategy will be as well.  After your Assessment & Strategy Session, your coach will guide you along your custom plan via the combination that is best suited for you.
