femSTRONG Strength is a small-group strength training program in East Austin designed to help women lift confidently, build strength and feel at home in their bodies.

This isn’t about burning calories or chasing exhaustion - it’s about building a body that lasts.

You’ll learn lifting technique and follow progressive strength programming that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go - with a fun crew of dope women!

Whether you’re new to strength training or you’re ready to level up, you’ll get the guidance, community, and structure to make real progress - without sacrificing recovery, form, or fun.

Hi, I’m Stacey strength coach, women’s wellness nerd, and founder of femSTRONG.  

My mission is to help women move with confidence and strength in every chapter — whether that’s pregnancy, postpartum, or just chasing life full-speed.

Strength isn’t just physical.

It’s the resilience, confidence, and freedom to move through life the way you want to.
